My latest article delves into the importance of self-inquiry, particularly for autistic women navigating the complexities of identity. It also provides valuable insights for clinicians on how to integrate these techniques into their practice.
On Wednesday, I'll be sharing how a set of 52 questions can be a catalyst for profound self-discovery. This episode is designed to empower you to explore your authentic self and provide clinicians with practical tools for their clients.

On Friday, I'll be posting a carousel of reflection questions on social media, inspired by the 52 questions discussed in this week's episode. These prompts are designed to spark introspection and self-awareness for both personal and professional use.
Find them on my LinkedIn and Instagram
As a special bonus, I've created a downloadable "Self-Inquiry Journaling Guide." This guide includes prompts to help you delve deeper into your self-discovery journey. It’s also a helpful resource for clinicians to use with their clients.

Energize & Restore Experience Day- A mini-retreat to “Get INTO Your Comfort Zone”
We had an amazing and restorative mini retreat this past Saturday. The BEST part is over 20 women were nourished and supported AND thanks to their giving hearts 10 SCHOLARSHIPS were added to the UnVeiler program so that 10 memberships can help support autistic women on their journey out of burnout and into their comfort zone and intimate relationship with themselves. THAT’s HUGE!!! Thank you to everyone who supported this event.
IF you missed it and would love to grab the on-demand mini-retreat for yourself AND support an autistic woman in need, tickets are available here.

No one seems to ‘get it’. Friends and family think you just need to push through or "self-care" more. Internally, so many people in late identified life (me included) feel broken, ashamed or like they are failing or have never reached their full potential, when all along they've had a brain and sensory system that is different from the masses. It can take a lot of strength to keep going.
(It was years before I realized I had been on The Chronic Cycle Burnout Loop)
Living Burnout, Shutdown and Meltdown FREE for going on 4 years now has taught me more than I ever dreamed possible and the most powerful experience in Restoration has been regaining skills and abilities I thought were lost permanently to Burnout decades ago.
