Step 2: Degree of Heat- Spicy Pepper Dashboard

The Degree of Heat does two things:

1. It tells you where you are within your spicy pepper level from a Mild Degree, Medium Heat or High Degree of Heat. This let's you know if you are closer to moving out of that pepper level and into a less spicy pepper or may be closer to the higher Spicy Pepper. It is all about knowing where you are so you can plan with intention where you want to go.

2. Getting your Degree of Heat numbers will help you track your progress along The UnVeiling Method and will begin to build out your Restoration Markers so you know, even on those hard days, that you are progressing more than you may realize.

This is where everyone begins as you establish your Spicy Burnout Level, Burnout experiences, create your list of internal warning signs and we gauge the Degree of Heat within your Spicy Pepper Level.
